If there was a 0 star option i would select it. Went there to go and print some business cards, and they are unable to do so. I have been in and out of the store 4-5 times trying to print cards and they say they can, they try, make me wait 30 minutes, then they apologize for not being able to do their job. I have wasted hours there and still have not got my cards printed. Complete waste of time
Had a great experience trying to buy an printer. The guys there were so helpful. Nikil provided great customer service and I really felt they cared. Even though I took so much of their time, they were patient and tried their best to find me the best product!
It was share wastage of time when I went there yesterday evening to have some printouts, the guy told me to email I did but i didn't get the code for 15mins as he told me 1-2mins, I was in hurry and they don't even care about the time of their customers, another employee came and told me to rent a pc for printouts, as it was told to me earlier but they didn't think it necessary to intimate.
No one up to and including the store manager cared about customer service.They actually made up lies just to not be bothered to have to do some work.
I spent allot of money at this location over the years, office supplies, clear floor matts, steno chairs, furniture, you name it, and now because my receipt is too old, I can't do a return (two tape cassettes) that are both completely sealed and completely resalable and I had my receipt. I have started buying my office supplies in Calgary. Now I am going to shop at wholesale places that don't make it difficult to do an exchange. It's unfortunate because I used to really like Staples.
Why do they not open until 11am on Sundays? Every other day they are open at 9am. I get closing early on weekends or Sundays but keep your opening hours the same. Makes it difficult to try and plan a day when you open at such odd times.

Over the phone the guy told me that I can walk in and print cards right away. I came and the guy told me no. After a small talk we agreed that even 8 or 10 business cards will be fine. Just I needed it quickly.
And in the end he is asking: “How many do you need? The smallest amount is 100”
“Why didn’t you tell this?”
And the answer is: “Why didn’t you ask?”
REALLY? Why didn’t I ask?
You have a really big problem with customer service guys!And even a manager or whoever I spoke with didn’t care.
